Two roommates looking for a third to join us at a 1800+ sf home in Fort Collins (link below).

About the home and your space: easy access to the MAX and route 19 bus straight up and down town and CSU. You’ll have the garden room, which is the biggest of the rooms, living room, entertainment space, and your own bathroom as well as garage parking spot. The rent will be $1000/mo and utilities, but Cam and I will take care of gardening and snow removal. You don’t have to worry about that stuff.

Cam (left): Hey! I’m Cam — I’m in college and pretty easygoing. I work and study a lot during the week, but I like to cook, hit the gym, and hang out with friends when I can. I value a space that feels peaceful and low drama but still friendly. I’m clean, respectful of space, and always down to share a good meal!

Dennis (right): I’m a 2nd year phd student at csu that comes with a well-behaved dog. He’s a sr mini schnauzer who has always gotten along with his human roommates. It would be great to have a roommate that’s pet friendly. My hopes are for a communicative, reasonably clean, and bills timely paid setup. I can get pretty busy with grad work, but I’m up for the occasional hang out from time-to-time. Hard to make a habit out of it though with my schedule.
