Month to month lease for short term, but looking for a longer term in a perfect world. The room comes fully furnished (optional if you plan to stay awhile ) $1650 + utilities if you’re staying , $1775 for short term( average about $125 a month with WiFi).
Prime central location in Silverlake/ Los Feliz border (overlooking the Rowena Reservoir )connecting you to either Silverlake , Atwater Village and Los Feliz with access to all major freeways. Emphasis on less than a 5 minute walk to Trader Joe’s, Gelsons, Atwater village + so many restaurants, bars, and shops at your fingertips.
The home: 2700 sqft. With 3 rooms on the main level and a studio below. Your room has no shared walls with a ton of natural lighting , and walk in closet. It comes furnished if you stay. You would be sharing 2 bathrooms with two females. There is a half bath and a full bath that has a standing shower and separate bathtub . The studio has its own bathroom . There are hardwood floors throughout the house , carpet in the lower level, with a lot of open spaces to make your own.
There is a huge shared patio, with terraced levels going up the hill. There is lush vegetation and fruit trees, and stunning views.
Central heating + window AC. Fully renovated kitchen, laundry room and pantry. 2 large split level living rooms, and a dining room as well.
Parking is not an issue and no street cleaning / restrictions .
We’re looking for the right addition to share this magical space. Ideally someone who is respectful, clean, and mindful. We don’t care if you are are a tea tottler , we are not, but no hardcore addiction issues please. In general we’re all very chill and relaxed, a Zen vibe.
We do like to be social and occasionally host BBQs and live music parties , but also respect each other’s space . We’re all very open and accepting and looking for the same. Must be LGBTQIA + friendly and like cats as we have 3 that freely roam the house. Very loving but usually just keep to themselves.
The room is available 05-01-26. We are open to short-term rentals with a full 1 month deposit and availability to show it to future tenants,but ideally looking to find someone who wants to stay a while.
The space is also great for content creation, work from home, events ect.
We require a credit check (credit karma is fine), a reference check, and a deposit equal to one months rent as well as 1st months rent to move in. Would love an introduction letter to see if we click. All roommates must meet or video chat because we wanna be sure it’s a fit❤️
