Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for a short-term stay (3–4 months, through August/September) at Spectra West Apartments.

The unit is a 1 bed / 1 bath, about 700 sq ft. The bedroom and living room are roughly the same size—I currently use the bedroom, and the living room is completely open, so you’d have that space as your own private room (it’s connected to the kitchen).

Rent is $550/month, including utilities.

I’m pretty social and enjoy doing life together when we’re both around, but I travel for work every 3 weeks as well as have a busy schedule, so you’d have the place to yourself fairly often.
