Our home is peaceful, clean and welcoming. The private 11 x 11 room is next to the front entrance and your own bathroom. The room comes with a clean queen bed used for an occasional guest. You will have full use of the kitchen, dedicated cabinets in the kitchen, pantry, washer/ dryer and space in the refrigerator. The rent doesn’t include, food, toiletries, washing, utilities or cleaning supplies. Street parking and community pool is available. We are a happily married couple with no kids or pets. Our home is kept very clean. Presently, my husband works from home 2 days a week and the rest of the time onsite. I work from home and we prefer someone who has full time employment. We can work out the deposit but a rental agreement is required.
