Hello ladies! My roommate and I are looking to fill one of the rooms of a 3 bed 2 bath located in Mission Valley. This is a private room with a shared bathroom. The apartment has a large living room/kitchen area, updated appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer inside the unit. The amenities consist of two luxury pools, two hot tubs, bbq grills, gym, fire pits, study space and gated parking.

Monthly costs include $1,203.66 in Rent + $80 for Utilities (electric/ gas) + $35 for Wi-Fi + $80 Conservice fee ( this is a charge with the apartment which covers water, sewer, trash valet and parking). Additional costs include an $1,000 security deposit and a $35 application fee.

We are looking for a responsible and self aware girl (25-35) to join our living space. MUST be able to pass a background and credit check and provide proof of income (the apartment complex will verify this). Work full time. No pets. No partiers. No smoking.

Both current housemates work full time and are considerate of each other’s busy schedules. We don’t have friends or boyfriends over often, like to keep the common area clean, and value open communication.

Hi! :) I’m Ariana! I am 30 years old and originally from the Bay Area! I work as a nurse in L&D so I typically go to sleep early and wake up early (this will change in a few months once I transition to night shift). When I’m not working I love going to concerts, reading, catching up on my fav shows (love me a good, cheesy k-drama), trying out new cafes/restaurants & exploring San Diego!
