Spacious Room Available in Belmont Shores Looking for a roommate to rent a room with shared bath in a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment. It’s a year long lease, with option to renew the following year. Rent is $1350 per month and credit must be at least 650.

The room itself is pretty large (especially for Long Beach) and includes two full sliding-door closets, so there’s plenty of storage space.

The apartment has: A big living room (partially furnished), dining area, and full kitchen A balcony with lagoon views Shared TV with Netflix and other streaming services Parking: Street parking, but there’s never been an issue with it. Always open spots right in front of the apartment. Utilities are split evenly and usually run about $80–$150/month depending on the season. A note on summer: There’s no AC, so it can get warm, but the airflow helps a lot—and a fan does the job (I’ve been totally fine in the room).

About the roommates: Female, early 30’s, part-time grad student/part-time work. She really enjoys the outdoors. Female, late 20’s, working professional with typical hours. Loves sports and going out with friends. House vibe: Clean but not overly strict—everyone keeps things tidy and respectful Not a big party house, but we do have the occasional party or kickback for celebrations/holidays Guests are totally welcome, just keep everyone in the loop
