About the room
The house is close to campus with it being about 5 minutes away, so it’s super convenient. It’s also close to Wintersmith Park which is nice for taking walks or just getting outside. It comes with a washer/dryer unit, full kitchen, and two bathrooms (one shared en-suite and one shared). The rent is $400/mo without utilities, but after utilities it’s ~$500/mo. The backyard is only a deck with no yard, so we only have to maintain the front yard. The neighbors are quiet and older making this a calm and quaint neighborhood. The bedroom available has a bed frame & mattress already.
About the roomies
I’m on the ECU softball team so I’m out of the house for classes and practice just about every day, but when I am home I’m quiet and spend my time in my room. I’m open to being friends and chatting it up, but if you’re not feeling it that’s perfectly cool!
I have lived at this house for one year as well as another roommate. The third roommate is moving in for the first time this coming lease, and we are looking for a 4th roommate!
