One furnished bedroom upstairs is available in a newly renovated 3br 2-story house (new carpet, new kitchen, new paint, etc.). All three bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has its own ensuite and is occupied by another tenant. You and I will share a bathroom between the two remaining bedrooms. For convenience, there’s a powder room on the first floor for shared uses as needed.

Your bedroom comes fully furnished with essential furniture. It also features a vaulted ceiling and a beautiful, private balcony overlooking the peaceful front yard.

All utilities are included, along with high-speed internet. You have full access to the kitchen (including all kitchenware), laundry, cozy living area with TV, and the backyard. Off street parking is available.

The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with convenient access to the airport, grocery stores, restaurants, and major highways.
