Looking for a room to rent in a quiet and secure community? Do you enjoy hanging out by the pool or soaking in the spa after a long hard day? Maybe you’re more the “sweat it out in the gym” type, or perhaps you’re a grill master who enjoys trying out new recipes and pushing your culinary skills to the max.
Then this might just be the place for you! Our community has 2 pools, 2 jacuzzi’s, a fitness center, BBQ areas, walking paths and tennis courts. The condo is a ground floor unit that features stainless steel appliances, full size W/D, shared common areas and your own unfurnished private room with a full bath. There is an assigned parking spot for you also.
Rent is $950, utilities average approx. $300 per month (WSG, Electric, Internet/TV). Move in Cost $1250.00, one months rent/utilities plus $150 cleaning fee (nonrefundable).
The best fit for a roommate is somebody that is clean, organized, respectful, and has an overall good attitude. I am a professional in the cannabis industry, so being 420 friendly is a must. This may be discussed further during the interview process. The room is for a single person only with valid ID, verifiable employment and qualifying income (net income no less than 2.5x rent and utilities). No pets, No children. Overnight guests may be discussed on the rare occasion. Smoking is allowed outdoors. No drinkers, No druggies, No party types, period! A little smoke is fine. The interview process is simply a chance for us to sit down, talk and see if it feels right for both of us. My work hours, your work hours, hobbies, interests, like and dislikes.
