I have a room in a gorgeous old house in the vine. While it is old everything is very functional and have had very little problems with maintenance. Large 6 bedroom house but only 4 live in it so there is extra space. Right on Lovell street so it is smack dab between downtown and wmu/k college campus. Room can fit a full size bed and for the vine has decent closet space and shelving. The lease I have currently goes until July 31 but I resigned for August 1, 2026 - July 31st, 2027 so you could stay for the whole year.

The other people who live here are 22m, 22m, and 23m. All are recent college students (graduated or certified) and are good roommates. The house is quite clean and there is open communication to make sure everyone is on the up and up. Everyone has slightly different interests so it’s a real melting pot but everyone is incredibly accepting.
