About the room
The house is in Silver Lake. A very hip and happening neighborhood in Los Angeles. It is a hillside house with a beautiful view from the back balcony. Very peaceful and walkable. 10-15 min walk to Silver Lake Reservior. 5-10 min walk to Sunset Blvd. We keep the house clean, with a general mindfulness of shared spaces. There is an 11 yr old indoor cat that is very social and cuddly.
About the roomies
Housemates are one man and one woman. Both working in creative fields. One writer with a 9-5 job and one freelance film production worker. Both very chill. New tenant will share a bathroom with the woman. No one brings the party home. A healthy balance of socializing with each other in common spaces and keeping to ourselves in our rooms. It is a peaceful vibe in the house.
