About the Room & Rent • Rent is $800 total, split evenly: $400 per bedroom. • All utilities are split 50/50 — it’s the only fair way since usage can’t really be measured individually. About the Space • Two-bedroom apartment. You get your own private room. • Shared spaces: living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. • I respect your room as your private space and expect the same in return. • I just moved in, so shared spaces are pretty minimal. If you have furniture or items for the living room, feel free to bring them — we can decide together what fits. House Rules / Expectations • No dogs or cats. I already have a cat who is not receptive to other animals. • No smoking inside and no cigarette butts anywhere on the property. • Parking is available. • No laundry in the building, but there’s a laundromat close by. Who I’m Open To • Singles or couples welcome. • Looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. • Adults who communicate and handle bills on time.
