This 4 bedroom home is in a great, quiet neighborhood in N. Sarasota. Near UTC and not far from downtown and beaches. There are both on property and community pools.
Two rooms are for rent. One is furnished and one is not, but I am willing to furnish second if need be. Both have recently been updated. Both have walk in closets and a big window. It is a shared bath if I rent it to two people. I am open to renting both rooms to one person for more private space and a higher rent. I am clean and respectful and expect the same. My kitchen is open to housemates and have an extra fridge in the garage. As well as great room and family room. I have lived here a long time and the neighbors are great people as well. I am lgbtq friendly and have a cat. No smoking please of any kind. I’m sorry no pets at this time.

I am the owner of the property. I am the only person living here currently. I am a 65 year old Acupuncture Physician looking to rent 2 bedrooms for a house share. My fourth room is an office. My x and I co-own the house, we are friendly. I am very young at heart. I do not drink or smoke. I want my tenants to be at home here, clean and respectful. I strive to find the right person/people.
