It’s a cute little house in Mt. Washington with a porch and backyard. There is a red brick wall fireplace in the living room (unsure if it is active) with wooden flooring. The rent is $600 flat + gas, electric and wifi which amounts to $100-200 per person depending on the month. There is an in-unit washer dryer in the basement where there is space for storage too. There is on-street parking available free of charge. There is a bus stop right outside the house. (Unsure about the security deposit, if we get along, we can check with the landlord)

I am a fun girl, who likes to hang out with friends and hobby hop. I work hybrid as an urban designer in downtown. I like to cook, binge watch tv and work out. I would love to be friends with my roommate. I am not a plant mom, but I do have a ton of plants in the house. We can chat more on DM.
