The property is fully furnished and has two available bedrooms but looking to only have one roomie. The room is 12’ X 12’ with its own closet and will utilize the guest bathroom. I installed a wall mounted dry bar in the kitchen which is nice to keep the kitchen available during gatherings or BBQ’s. There is parking available in the driveway or street whichever is preferred. The home does have a washer/dryer/refrigerator and all the amenities needed for comfort. There is 12’ x 36’ back porch plenty of space for gatherings or just hanging outside. There is also a hot tub in the back porch with plenty privacy from neighbors as I installed it myself. The room does have a 41” tv with a roku stick connected to the internet will be great entertainment when not viewing television in the living room. The kitchen has plenty of space and the living room has engineered wood floors. The main areas are fully automated which lights and other devices can be controlled via voice assistance. The property does contain a descent size front and backyard. When guest enter the house I always get positive responses, “You have a beautiful home”.

Your roommate is an Electronic/Software engineer who likes to tackle home improvement projects. Most of the improvements around the home I have done myself and I am very handy as well when things break down. I do not mind cleaning my moto is if I can dedicate 5 or 10 minutes doing a quick task that will eliminate spending a whole day during the weekend cleaning, etc.. I am currently single with no children in the house. I enjoy cooking, BBQ’s, and a very clean person. For example: I will not cook unless the kitchen is clean first (dishes washed and counters wiped). I enjoy drinking a few drinks during the weekends watching movies and a Christian who attends church on regular basis. Very sociable and open minded.
