This old house is on a beautiful lake with a dock and kayaks! The house itself needs some organization and fixing. We aren’t asking you to help with that but if you’re interested, Dave could use the help and motive. He is handy himself, just slowing down a bit. There is a small bedroom with single bed on the main floor and a basement room with a separate entrance also available.
Sure, it’s a smaller room with a bathroom to share with me and Dave, but if you are a good roommate and don’t mind a big black cat occasionally staying over, you’d fit in perfectly! Dave is a 60 year old beach bum who studied massage therapy and pilates, so you’ll see stretch bands and the massage table hanging out sometimes. There is also musical instruments galore! Me personally, I’m a professional, a designer, and work full time Tuesday -Saturday, and eat dinner at my Mom’s most nights so I’m hardly even around.
