This house is 5 minutes away from the collage of lake county, it’s a very quit and safe area, and everything you might think of is available nearby

Note: im in the master bedroom and i have my own bathroom, there’s another 1.5 bathrooms available exclusively for my roommates, i also pay $200 more than my roommates just to be fair since i have the master’s

The rent includes everything, utilities, Wifi, and streaming services such as Netflix

The living room includes a 85 inch TV and a home theater sound system for a great movie experience :)

Im very quite you might not even notice that im there, but im also very friendly and easy to get along with

NOTE: i currently have a roommate but she will be moving out soon because her job is in chicago, if you moved in before she moves out, i can work with you to find another roommate, meaning if your female and you prefer another female roommate since you will share the house and the 1.5 bathrooms, then that’s what we get,

This room is for one person, not for couples or anyone with kids
