Looking for a male roommate to share this awesome 3bed 2.5ba townhouse with in Lawndale! You’ll be sharing the home with me, my 2 cats, and my girlfriend who is over often but also has her own apartment. The room is available May 1st.

I’m a 28 year old engineer working in the space industry. My girlfriend and I love going out once or twice a month and throw the occasional house party, but we are quick on the cleanup and always keep the place super tidy. The place is pretty quiet during the week since I’m either at work or school in the evenings, and I keep all the common areas clean on a consistent schedule.
