We currently have one room available, Rent is $650 per month if you sign a year lease

We do have pets in the home, including a cats, dogs, and a rabbit. NO PETS

House Rules: • No smoking, vaping, tobacco use, or drugs of any kind (including marijuana). In or on the property • No drinking alcohol. • No parties, gatherings, or overnight guests without prior approval. • Must be respectful of the home, other occupants, and pets. • Shared areas must be kept clean after use.

We require a background check and prefer applicants with no prior evictions.
