About the room

Hey. My name is Jack and I’m looking for a roommate in a nice house in a quiet neighborhood in Antioch. Move in on June 1st.

Me and my dog, Bruce stay in the basement of the house. I do come upstairs to use the kitchen, and sometimes the living room, but besides that, the whole main floor would be yours! There are 2 empty bedrooms up there, so you can use one as an office, a studio, or just extra storage space. You’d have a private bathroom. Lots of space! There is also a 3rd bedroom upstairs that is currently setup as a guest bedroom, but can be used for additional storage if needed.

I am looking for an individual roommate, not families or couples.

The house is newly remodeled. Has new appliances, new showers, new floors, fresh paint, new lights/ceiling fans. Granite countertops. Washer and dryer on site. Large fenced-in back yard with ample parking space.

No cats. Dogs are okay as long as they get along with other dogs. Bruce is friendly with all dogs.

$1300/month. $1300 refundable security deposit.

All utilities included. Fast internet.
