My husband and I recently bought a home in suisun city and we’re looking to rent a room and private bathroom for $1,400 with utilities. The room is unfinished but we have an air mattress you could use if you need some time to find furniture. My husband is active duty in Travis afb so we’d prefer someone military affiliated, but it is definitely not required. We’re also open to 1person, couple, 1 person and a kid, 1 person and 1 pet, and maybe 2 people and 1 pet. However please keep in mind we have a dog and 2 cats. Kitchen and living areas are shared. My husband, like I said, is active duty Air Force and isn’t home half the time. He doesn’t talk much until he gets to know someone, but I promise he’s really sweet. I stay home and take care of the house and animals, as well as cook. I have a lot of hobbies including dog training, sewing, baking, ect. We’re both open to being more interactive/friendly with whoever rents with us but also if you’d prefer to keep it professional we completely understand :) we love to play boardgames and watch movies and you’re always welcome to join us! We have a German shepherd mix currently in training and 2 cats, all spayed/neutered and vaccinated. We’re also pretty young for homeowners at 19 and 20!
