About the room

This is not currently my place but I am looking for a roommate to split the rent with me. For the unit I am looking at it is $1,830 base rent plus a $75 “technology fee”. I do not know if that includes utilities as of right now. We would each have our own bedroom and bathrooms with a half bath on the main floor.

About the roomies

So it’s just me and my dog, Archie. I am outgoing, friendly, respectful, and neat. I like to hangout with friends but typically keep it lowkey at home. I like to play music when I get ready but will never play it too loud. I rarely cook but when I do I will clean up my mess. I work full time right now and plan on getting a part time job for extra income soon.
