About the room
Cheerful private furnished bedroom with new queen bed. Use of kitchen, dining area and living room. We have a beautiful backyard that is the perfect place to relax and unwind with a nice cup of coffee or glass of wine. The home is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Close to bus stop, freeway, gas station, Jamba Juice and Pizza Hut. Also, close to walking trail and parks.
This is a no-smoking home (inside & outside). Internet and garbage are included in the rent. Water and electric will be split 3 ways, so the water and electric bill, per person, will be very low. We have solar panels, so that keeps our PG&E bill very low each month.
We have plenty of street parking.
About the roomies
I live here with my husband (we are a same-sex couple). Both of us are college professors. We are only renting out one room, so there will only be the three of us living in the home. We are very relaxed, friendly and easy to get along with. We believe in cultivating a peaceful and drama-free environment.
