About the room
We are directly next to Echo Park lake and two block off Sunset. Super walkable and near some really great coffee shops and restaurants like Donna’s, Stereoscope, Canyon Coffee, and Honey Hi. I’ve been here for almost 4 years and couldn’t imagine a better location.
Large living room with high ceilings that is perfect for a movie night or get togethers. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, and dishwasher. Plenty of counter space and storage, which is great because I love to bake. Your room includes a closet with shelves and overhead storage for larger items. Backdoor leads directly to our private patio - featuring two raised beds and a huge lemon tree. Street parking only, but there are no permits or time limits. Shared laundry on-site.
About the roomies
I’m 29 and working as an independent film producer. I’m at the office weekdays and often have to leave for a few weeks at a time to cover projects. When I’m home, I love to cook, host friends, and go thrifting. You’d also be living with my 4 year old French Bulldog- Margot. She is the queen of the neighborhood and love to cuddle on the couch!
