Hi everyone!! I am looking for two female roommates to share my unit in Fairmount/Spring Garden.

Details:

• 4 bedrooms/2 baths, 1,535 square feet
• $865/person + utilities ($60-$100/month) or $2,595/month total (open to different rent splits based on bathrooms, use of extra bedroom)
• Converted rowhome; unit is on the third/fourth floor
• Extra bedroom for shared office space/guest bedroom (open to other ideas as well)
• 5 min walk from BSL, close to Aldi and Giant
• In unit laundry and dishwasher + big deck
• First month’s rent, last month’s rent, and security deposit (1 months rent), and cosigner if a student
• Street parking
• No pets

I currently work a 9-5 in Philly, but I will be starting law school at Temple in the fall. I enjoy trying new restaurants, going to museums, and playing board games. I prefer having a clean house (dishes done frequently, weekly communal chore rotation), and quiet after 11pm, especially on weekdays. I currently have a really lovely relationship with my roommates – we often bake desserts and go on walks together.
