Hi! Room fits a full bed and furniture comfortable. Room has a tv on the wall included, or can be taken down. Pet friendly home, if you have a pet.

Rent is $900 + light bill, and includes a parking space.

Roomate is female, 30’s, working professional.

Larger community clubhouse includes pool, basketball courts, tennis and pickleball court, grill, and gym. Townhouse community has a smaller more private pool. Rent includes access to both pools.

Shopping plaza is 5 minute walk from the home, and includes pizza, Chinese food, corner store and CVS. Wiregrass Mall is a few minutes drive away, and Outlet Mall and Grove/Krates are within 15 minute drive away.

Feel free to view the room anytime on weekends, or weekdays after 6pm.

I am female, 30’s working professional. Don’t have any pets but welcome and love animals in general. Wouldn’t call myself a clean freak. But do think its important that shared spaces are clean.

I like to dance, paint, cycle and watch movies. Easy going and flexible in accommodating roommates in the home.
