This is private room with a shared bathroom. Female preferred. We are a no smoking no alcohol no drugs home. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The room is large with brand new furnishings. Queen size bed, six drawer dresser a nightstand & a small closet. If you want to bring your own furnishings you can and we will take ours out. We can negotiate a little bit of space in the garage if needed. The room has beautiful picture windows with a view. In a five bedroom home on a half an acre of land near the airport. If you’re a student, don’t worry, it’s easy to take the freeway to school and be there within 15 to 20 minutes depending on where you’re going. Everything in town is easily accessible. Not far from Sand Hollow Lake either. We have a patio with a wood burning fire pit and another patio with a gas fire pit table that you can use. Also enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens. We have one dog at the moment and it will be two dogs for a few months in June. We cannot have any more. But I am open to discussing certain pets if necessary. Visitors are welcome but no overnighters. We have a large kitchen, living room with a TV, and also an upstairs area with a TV. Come and enjoy the Red Cliff views and the quiet neighborhood in desert Canyons.

We are a family of five. My 4 kids are 18 and older and are always coming and going. Two of them are attending Utah Tech University. Two of them are at home and two are not. So there will really be three of us here and up to two renters. I’m here most of the time and I work from home. Two of us speak Spanish & some Italian but still learning. We are friendly to everyone and would love to share our space.
