You have your own full bathroom, not shared. Shared kitchen, patio/yard, living room, dining room. Coin operated washer /dryer on site. Quiet place with many people working remotely during the day. Walking distance to gym, parks, grocery stores, food options. The Arboretum, Santa Anita mall, and Mount Wilson trailhead are about 10 mins driving. Room is partially furnished (option), does not have a bed / mattress but can include a chair, bookcase, and desk. Linens are available. Wifi is included in rent, but utilities (AC) will be split each month.
