Looking for female roommate!

Hi everyone! We have a room opening up early April with a shared bath in San Marcos, CA. Rent would be $1100 not including utilities (water, sdge, wifi, & trash every other month)

We’re looking for a financially responsible roomie in their mid to late twenties that cleans up after themselves, respects the common areas and values a clean and comfortable space 🙂

Myself and 2 other women live in the house with a miniature labradoodle and cat that mostly stays in my roommates room. The room is upstairs and you’d be sharing a bathroom with me (double sinks).
