Great location, within biking distance of Old Town, located right behind Poudre Valley Hospital. Very nice space, on suite washer and dryer. In the photos there is furniture in the spare room, but it will be cleaned out by the move in date. RENT IS SPLIT, so the actual amount anyone would be paying in rent is $662.5. I have opted to not include bills in this listing, since they tend to vary from month to month, but the approx. total is ~1500, including gas, water, internet (which I have set up through xfinity), and FoCo Utilities.

I’ve been living here for about 4 years now, and I tend to work closing shifts. I have one cat, but I’m not sure how he gets along with other animals. I tend to be in and out of the house a lot, and I try to keep a tidy space.
