Room is available now, but would wait on renting it out for the right person. Street parking. You will have to apply though our property management company to ensure good credit, wage, and rental history.

About the roomies
Iām Mason (they/them), mid-30s, ADHD. Hobby writer, sewist, crafter, ukulele learner and folk dancer. Iām into comedy, playing around, sustainable contribution to our collective liberation, big dreams, witchy rituals, board games, lifting, resting.
My routine is working remotely or in person M-F about 9-5PM. Iām typically home about half of weekday evenings and weekends. I like chatting with my housemate, sharing meals now and then, and also alone time in my room.
For the house Iām into lowkey social gatherings, like friends making dinner, chatting or playing games. I like a heads up if people are coming over. Bigger gatherings are fine once in a while, I just like notice.
My priority for a housemate relationship is that we are domestically compatible and collaborate well. I am interested in a closer relationship if the vibes are right. At the very least Iād like us to be comfortable co-existing in shared spaces.
