Must like cats. One cat lives here. Private bedroom mostly unfurnished but use of a 52 inch TV ROKU equipped. Shared Kitchen, dining room, bathroom and living area which is furnished with a very nice leather recliner which you can call your own and a 70 inch TV. Guests will require pre-approval. Cleaning will be 99% your responsibility. I will be willing to do most of the cooking.
