Hello, I am looking for someone (preferably female) to take over renting a room in a shared house. It is passed down from PNWU students and is located in terrace heights about 5 min from the school. Common areas like kitchen, living room and backyard are shared. It is available end of April/beginning of May. Rent is $530 a month without utilities. Utilities is split with roommates. If you are interested please reach out. The photo shows a set up of the room in which I can leave the bed frame and dresser for a reasonable price. The bed frame + mattress is a full size.

There is a total of 4 roommates. 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Everyone is chill and stays to themselves.
