The property is an apartment building community, with the apartment being on the second floor and roughly 1,000 sq. ft with two bedrooms, two bathrooms. I am looking for a roommate for the vacant room in my apartment. The room itself is not furnished, but the apartment has AC, dishwasher, in unit laundry, and the community has a gym and pool. The area is nearby historic downtown Frederick with a grocery store across the street.
