The room is fully furnished with new furniture and private bathroom. It’s on a lake and preserve. Room includes Wifi, cable TV and Netflix. Share all common areas in the home. Breakfast nook, formal dining room area, kitchen, family room and covered lanai. My home is in a little gated community called Forest park. It has a clubhouse with a large pool, pool table, game room, ping-pong table and a TV room. It also has a full gym with weight machines, bikes and treadmills and stair-master. Grocery stores, bank, restaurants and huge county Park all within walking distance. Naples Beach and Downtown Naples are just minutes away. I am retired. I have been living in Naples for eight years. I travel often to the east coast on Hollywood Beach where I have a condo. I enjoy nature, beaches, long walks, and being on the water. I’ll be taking a few cruises and traveling this year. I’m an extrovert and enjoy other people‘s company.
