This is a one bedroom on the ground floor of a two story townhouse that is very close to the UO campus and downtown Eugene. The area is easily walkable and has good access to bus routes. Street parking is available but can be hit or miss, however, paid parking spots are available. It can be noisy some nights from people walking home from parties/bars. We have heating but not a/c, so far fans and open windows have worked but we are thinking about getting portable a/c units before it gets too hot. The first floor bathroom is technically shared, but in practice is usually only used by guests and the person staying in the downstairs bedroom. We also have in-unit laundry that is right across from the bathroom!

Pictures added are from the original listing and are very close but not totally accurate to our unit, I will add more pictures soon. The room itself is about 10’x12’ (give or take) and has fairly high ceilings.

There are currently 3 people sharing the townhouse. We are all queer, trans, neurodivergent, and very open-minded! We also have one cat, who is very friendly to people and is generally good with other cats, though he has occasionally gotten himself in fights (nothing too serious). We all work odd hours and tend to be in and out of the house pretty frequently, but we do try to be as respectful and quiet as we can when someone is resting. We’re all generally neat and do our part in keeping the house clean but I wouldnt call anyone a neat freak.
