About the room

THIS IS A ROOM for RENT :] Single story house, room is furnished (no mattress included). Area is generally quiet, you will have parking on the driveway. You will have your own bathroom (also guest). You will have access to washer/dryer, kitchen, pantry, and linen closet. All utilities are included. No sleepovers, no smoking (no cigs, vapes) as I have asthma. No weed (gummies are okay), I would prefer not to smell it.

About the roomies

I am the owner, I have a flexible schedule where I can work from home or generally out for the day or in between. I enjoy the occasional cooking at home or eating out. I am organized and am flexible on sharing certain foods (just assist with replenishing). My other room is my office, if you need to print something, you may, just keep me posted.
