Spacious room with closet, window and air conditioning. Big enough for bed, drawers and other furniture. Has 1.5 bathroom. Although we have a small kitchen with no dishwasher, or washer and dryer, restaurants, grocery stores and laundromat’s are at walking distance. It’s a quiet neighborhood and close to New Brunswick Rutgers campus.

We are empty nesters with one elderly cat and some plants around the house. Overall we are usually quiet and clean and may have family over on Saturdays for lunch, but it’s always calm and relaxed.
