About the room

I am looking to rent my spare bedroom to the right person and share my home. Currently I have two roommates, but I may get 3 soon. I have an energetic dog and 2 cats. I live 30 min. From Claremont, NH and 45 min from Dartmouth. Also, 30 min from Ludlow, VT. Also I am 5 min from the town of Springfield, with Shaws, McDonald’s, Ollie’s, Springfield Hospital and the Springfield Health and Rehab Center.

About the roomies

I work Full Time and have back problems. A young man rents a bedroom and also works full time. And an older man, who is retired, lives in the basement. Possibly another man may move in at a later time. We don’t use paper napkins, but only cloth for eating.
