We just bought this house. It is a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. You will mostly be having your own bathroom but we will occasionally be using it to give our baby a bath. (Once a week, maybe 2x) We are unable to do that in ours since we have a stand up shower with no ability to run a tub. House has a large fenced in backyard, but it is a chain link fence and we will be putting in a 6 foot wooden fence for more privacy and to prevent our dogs from jumping the fence. If you have a dog we are building a side house/shed (with ac and heating) for the dogs cause the dogs will not be allowed inside. The house will be bombed for fleas and other pest prior to our move in. The house has a nice living room that will have a large tv, a large L couch that will be a shared space for everyone. We have a good sized garage if you need to store up any items. (Organized) The house itself is located in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood, ideal for kids wanting to ride their bikes up and down the road. ROOMS DEEP CLEANED AND WILL BE FULLY REMODELED (freshly painted walls, new carpets) PRIOR TO YOUR MOVE IN

WE WILL BE CONTINUE REMODELING WHILE YOURE RENTING (New vinyl floors for kitchen and living room, new kitchen cabinets, retiled bathrooms, classy bathroom vanity, extending concrete patio (and eventually enclosing it), new windows ect)

The people living in the home are me (25f) and my husband (23m). We have a 8 month old baby which is reason we will be very very careful and picky about who we allow in our home. My husband works on cars and is out of the house from 7-6. I work nights from 3-11. When we’re not working we like playing pool (we have a pool table), kayaking, biking, board games, video games, anime, fantasy shows/movies (game of thrones, lord of the rings ect). My husband enjoys having woodworking projects in the backyard. I for the most part like reading, scrapbooking, watching my shows, going to the beach, taking the dogs to the dog park and cooking. We have 2 outdoor dogs and 2 indoor/outdoor cats. A Great Pyrenees puppy and a frenchton puppy. The dogs will be living outside in a shed/side house with ac and heat. If you have a dog we will need it to stay outside with them.
