Hi, Im on the 3rd floor and will need a new roommate from November 1st - February 31st. The bathroom is shared, so is livingroom/kitchen. We will be splitting the utilities/wifi. I ask that youre respectful, let me know when youre having a guest, clean up after yourself, do not smoke ANYTHING in the apartment. We will be writing out our agreement, in order to keep all parties on the same track. This is in addition to the lease itself, when youll meet the landlord.

Im 30 years old. I am a female, and open to anyone renting the room.. However, Id prefer it not be a couple unless we get along well. I am posting this months early so we can get to know one another beforehand, and make sure we will get along. I enjoy reading, writing, nature, fun colors, kids toys and comics, exercise, making art, cooking, and going to the science museum in Boston.
