I have a 2 bedroom / 1 bath duplex that about 950 sq ft. It is a very open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings and is nicely decorated. Of course you’d have your own bedroom and then the rest is all shared. There is a garage but i do not use it because I have storage in there and you could storage alittle bit in there. Its $750 a month and that includes rent, all utilities ( internet. Electric, Gas, Trash, Yard work ) i also have a 55“ TV in the 2nd bedroom and I can leave it furnished or you can have it unfinished. I am a very clean person so you’d definitely have to clean up after yourself.
Im 51 years old and have a professional job that I work nights at so Id be gone during the nights and home during the day. I am looking for someone that isnt a partier or always has people over all the time. Im a very quite person as well.
