It’s a large 3 story house , where you would have access to a backyard, large shared kitchen and dining area, a den, living room, and washer and dryer. I have a bathroom in my bedroom so the “shared” bathrooms will mostly be yours. It’s located close to the Smithhaven Mall in a small little development where I have always felt safe. The only caviat to this is that I have a cat who is my heart and soul, so unfortunately if you are allergic it wouldn’t likely work out.

Hi Guys, I’m Liz, I’m a 32 year old female looking to find a roommate to share the house I’ve been living in. After my ex left, I have been unable to afford living there on my own, so I was hoping to find someone with similar energy who would be willing to move in and share space with my cat and I. I work many hours (16h5xweek) so I’m not always around , but when I am I do also appreciate my privacy. I may be going back to school in the fall to become a licensed veterinary technician so I may be around more, but hopefully we’ll enjoy each others company, though I am very much an introvert so if you wanted to just coexist I’m okay with that. I’m a huge coffee lover and would love to share a coffee in the morning with a new friend .
