We have a great, comfortable room in the basement available in a quiet and well-kept home in Fredericksburg, VA, conveniently located near Route 3. The location is very accessible and ideal for anyone working in the area—especially for hospitals, urgent care centers, schools, and other local jobs. It also has quick access to major highways, making commuting very easy.

The home is in a calm and safe neighborhood, perfect for someone who values peace, privacy, and a low-stress living environment.

The room itself is spacious and includes a private bathroom, offering added comfort and privacy.

The room is downstairs very private and also has access to a convenient kitchen setup, which includes: • Stove • Microwave • Sink for washing dishes • Drawers for storage • Mini island area for eating/meal prep • Refrigerator for personal food storage

The rental includes internet, utilities (bills included), and access to laundry, making it a simple and stress-free living situation.

The home is shared with very respectful, quiet, and working individuals. It is currently just me, my husband living in the home, my daughter and her husband upstairs.

Everyone in the home is very low-key, calm, and focused on work and daily life. This is not a party house—we value peace, cleanliness, respect, and privacy.

At the same time, we are friendly and always willing to help if anything is needed or if you have questions. We want whoever moves in to feel comfortable, safe, and at home.
