Second floor bedroom with shared bathroom in a two bed, 1.5 bath end-unit townhouse minutes from downtown and mere steps from the village district. The room gets gorgeous afternoon light and has two decent sized closets. Water is covered, but your portion of Google Fiber, electricity, and gas (heat) would typically be around $110. Shared kitchen/laundry downstairs, back deck, and I’ll even throw in the parking spot <3

This has historically been a pet-free property, but cats are welcome ($200 one-time pet fee +$20 per month per cat).

I’m 29, I work as a restaurant manager, and I’m an avid hiker/rock climber. I’d definitely call myself quiet and reserved, and like treat home as a peaceful place to recharge. I’ve lived in this property for three years or so, and have a great relationship with the landlord.

My last roommate was a student at NCSU, and the location is pretty ideal for someone in the same boat!
