I’m looking for someone to take over my room in early may.

The location is great with lots of good restaurants around and sawtelle japantown at only 20 minutes away by foot.

20 minutes away by bus of UCLA (~10 minutes by car) and 30 minutes away by bus of Santa Monica College (~15 minutes by car). Walking distance from a Target, Ralph’s and a Japanese supermarket.

Easy access to the 1, 4, and 15 bus lines and garage parking included.

There are 3 other male student roommates and the upstairs full bathroom would be shared in between you and 2 of the roommates.

The rent is about 1300$ with utilities on a month to month lease with a washer and dryer included, a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished living room and a furnished private room.

I’ve had a great time in this apartment, the location made it really easy to move around LA by public transport and the easy access to food and the spacious and comfortable living room made it great to invite friends over.

One of them is currently moved out and also looking for someone to replace him on the lease so only two other roommates are currently there. One of them is quiet and keeps to himself, mostly stays in his room or goes out. The other roommate and friendly and very busy so he’s out of the house most of the time.
