I have a home in johnstown and I have my own bedroom and bathroom in the basement. So what I’m renting would be either one or two bedrooms next to each other cost depending, plus an attached bathroom. The kitchen would be shared. The upstairs living room would pretty much be the roommates the dogs like to sit on the couch and look out the window, but if that is not wanted, they can be blocked off.

The only concern would be I have two dogs that are very friendly but like to jump on new people at first, but I can try to block them off if that’s an issue

I am a single male with two dogs with a big backyard and a doggie door so if you have a dog and you want them to enter mingle that is perfectly fine. I keep to myself don’t go upstairs much.
