Hi everyone! I’m looking for a someone to lease a bedroom in my townhouse on starting 5/1 (or 6/1). The bedroom is furnished (can come with the TV) and shares a bathroom with 1 other person. I am the owner of the house & it has been updated in the last few years, located in a safe neighborhood. It’s a 3 bed 2.5 bath (1500sqft), 2 stories with a Lake view & access. It’s located in Pembroke Pines near Cooper City - 20 minutes to downtown Fort Lauderdale and 30 minutes to downtown Miami. 

The house has a washer/dryer laundry room, electronic key entrance, ring camera, stainless steel appliances, patio, community pool, and ~10 minutes from Nova and other colleges. The rent is $885/month (+utilities).

Everyone is very friendly and they like to keep the house clean. Pet friendly, there is a well behaved golden in the house as well.
