Hi everyone! I need someone to take over my roommate’s room and private bathroom. Current lease ends July 28th but I am open to resigning for 12-months or going month to month after. Looking for a non-smoking professional in their 20s! Move in is possible anytime in July but no later than July! It’s a new and nice building close to both Normandie and Vermont stations, with 2 Gyms, parking garage (for additional fee), Central A/C, and In unit washer and dryer. Rent is 1475$ and with utilities usually around 1600$. Building maintenance is excellent and the unit and neighbors are very quiet.

About me: I’m 26, work hybrid in public health, have a dog and a cat (mostly spend time in my room), and live a pretty quiet life! I’m not opposed to much as long as you are respectful and chill!
