I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom house very close to Skagit Valley College. The room is on the second floor with it’s own seperate living area and bathroom.

Essentially the space will be completely yours aside from necessary access to attic storage and the occasional need for a guest tou use the bathroom.

I’m in my 40’s and I have 2 dogs… so you must be very dog friendly. One of the dogs is a little nervous with new people and protective of our house, but you will be able to win him over. The other dog is much easier going, but bigger.
